Our policies are there to provide peace of mind and an assurance that if something does go wrong, we will be there for you to get it fixed quickly and efficiently.

The cost of replacing an electronic device can be incredibly steep and repairs can cost more than a replacement. I have house insurance. Doesn’t that cover my electrical items?

House insurance may cover your electrical items in certain situations. These are normally emergency events like fire, flood, or theft. Outside of this, you may find that your electrical appliances are not covered, and you could end up out of pocket. Check your home insurance’s terms and conditions if you are not sure.

Don’t I have a warranty on my electrical appliances?

If your appliance is within the first twelve months of its life, then it will probably be covered by a warranty. All new electronic items come with fixed term cover protecting them from mechanical breakdown and design faults. But eventually these warranties expire. Our electronic insurance is there to take up the slack home insurance and warranties leave behind.

What about an extended warranty? I’m always offered one when I buy a device.

Extended warranties, as the name suggests, extend your manufacturer’s warranty for a further fixed period of time. The issue with extended warranties is that they will only cover the one device and they stick to same terms and conditions of the original warranty meaning cover may be limited. They are also quite expensive when compared to our Electronics Insurance.

Your policy sounds great but are there any hidden fees?

Worrying that you might be lumbered with hidden fees? Don’t. All our policies offer clear guidance on what is and isn’t covered and we never pass hidden fess for repairs, labour, or parts on to our customers. We believe in treating every customer fairly and pride ourselves on the service we provide.

What other benefits are there to your Electronics Insurance?

We look to provide the best service to all our customers and our insurance policies come with a range of benefits, including:

  • Multiple call outs each year to make sure your devices are kept running.
  • Engineer appointments can usually be made within 24 hours.
  • We employ a trusted network of skilled, qualified, and trained engineers that have experience with all electronic devices.
  • As we mentioned above, there are no hidden fees in our policies.
  • Repairs are made according to manufacturer’s guidance.
  • If we can’t repair your electronic device, we will replace it with a like for like model.
